At Senchoju, authenticity is not a label — it’s a responsibility.

We work directly with verified Japanese tea partners in Kyoto and Uji, sourcing only authentic matcha that meets traditional standards of quality, aroma, and freshness.

Our role is that of an independent tea curator, connecting genuine Japanese matcha to tea lovers in Canada and beyond. While not every Japanese producer provides formal authorization to international retailers, our commitment is always to authenticity, freshness, and respect for the tea’s heritage.

Every product is genuine, sealed, and traceable by lot number, stored under controlled conditions in Vancouver before delivery.
