- Orders are not processed on weekends or Canadian public holidays.
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Processing times are estimates and may occasionally be extended during holidays, promotions, or periods of high order volume.

🚚 Shipping Options
We offer shipping services with and without Signature Required.
It is the customer’s responsibility to select the shipping service that best suits the delivery location.
For apartments, condos, shared buildings, offices, student housing, or areas with a higher risk of package theft, we strongly recommend selecting Signature Required.

📦 Delivery Confirmation
Once the shipping carrier marks an order as Delivered, the shipment is considered successfully completed.
Ownership, possession, and responsibility for the package transfer to the customer upon carrier-confirmed delivery.
Senchoju is not responsible for events occurring after a successful delivery confirmation unless otherwise required by applicable law.

🔓 Orders Shipped WITHOUT Signature Required
By choosing a shipping option that does not include Signature Required, you acknowledge and accept all risks associated with unattended delivery.
After the carrier confirms delivery, Senchoju is not responsible for:
- Lost packages
- Stolen packages
- Missing packages
- Porch piracy
- Mailroom theft
- Apartment lobby theft
- Community mailbox theft
- Delivery to the correct address where the package is later unavailable
- Packages collected by another person after delivery
- Any loss occurring after the carrier has completed delivery
Orders delivered without Signature Required are not eligible for refunds, replacements, store credit, or insurance claims through Senchoju.

✍️ Orders Shipped WITH Signature Required
If Signature Required is selected, the carrier will require a signature upon delivery.
If the carrier is unable to obtain a signature, delivery may be delayed, reattempted, or redirected according to the carrier’s procedures.
Should a delivery dispute arise, Senchoju will cooperate with the shipping carrier during its investigation.
Refunds or replacements will only be considered after the carrier has completed its investigation and confirmed carrier responsibility.

📍 Customer Delivery Instructions
Customers may provide delivery instructions such as:
- Leave at front door
- Leave at side door
- Leave with concierge
- Do not ring the bell
- Leave in mailbox
We will attempt to pass these instructions to the shipping carrier.
However:
- We cannot guarantee the carrier will follow these instructions.
- The carrier may ignore customer requests based on its own delivery policies.
Important
If you purchase Signature Required but request that the carrier leave the package without obtaining a signature, you voluntarily waive the protection provided by Signature Required.
In this situation, Senchoju is not responsible for any loss, theft, or missing package after delivery.
No refund, replacement, or compensation will be provided.

🕵️ If Tracking Shows “Delivered”
If your tracking indicates Delivered but you cannot locate your package, please:
- Check around your property.
- Check parcel lockers and community mailboxes.
- Ask family members.
- Ask neighbors.
- Contact your building manager or concierge.
- Wait up to 48 hours, as some carriers scan packages before final placement.
- Contact the shipping carrier directly.
If Signature Required was purchased, please also contact Senchoju after opening a carrier investigation.

🎥 Unboxing Requirement
To protect both customers and Senchoju from shipping errors and fraudulent claims, a complete unboxing video is mandatory for all claims involving:
- Missing items
- Incorrect items
- Damaged items
- Incomplete orders
The video must:
- Begin before the package is opened.
- Clearly show the unopened package.
- Clearly show the shipping label.
- Show all sides of the package.
- Show any visible damage before opening.
- Record the entire opening process in one continuous, unedited video.
- Clearly display every item removed from the package.
Claims submitted without a qualifying unboxing video will not be approved.

📦 Shipping Delays
Estimated delivery dates are provided by shipping carriers and are not guaranteed.
Senchoju is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Weather
- Natural disasters
- Customs inspections
- Carrier operational delays
- Peak holiday seasons
- Labour strikes
- Incorrect customer information
- Remote delivery areas
- Any event beyond our reasonable control
Shipping charges are non-refundable because of delivery delays.

Customers are solely responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Orders returned because of:
- Incorrect address
- Incomplete address
- Refused delivery
- Failure to collect the package
- Failure to pay customs or import charges
may require additional shipping fees before reshipment.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
